WHAT IS DANSHUIS
Danshuis Haarlem is a household name in the dance world by continually being trendsetting and innovative. Since 1992, artistic director Maëla has inspired the dance world through her vision and innovative view on dance education.
Many follow her example and start their own initiatives—sometimes by starting their own school, sometimes even by taking over the name—and that is fantastic! A recent example of this is Danshuis Rotterdam. Dance is a powerful medium that contributes to a more beautiful world.
