I am Lois Rooseman.

When I was almost 4 years old I started with ballet. At 14 I found myself wanting more. I heard about the Danshuis pre-education through a friend and I thought this would be great. In the three years that followed, I really enjoyed my pre-education. I learned a lot, met very nice new people and was challenged to discover and develop myself.

Dancing is a way for me to relax. To let go of everything. I feel free when I dance. Dancing I step into my own little world and can be myself in it.

In my second year of pre-education I was allowed to assist in Roby's children's lessons. I liked this so much! The following year I got my own group to teach and this year I get two new groups to dance with. I love dancing with the kids. You can use your imagination and creativity in class and the children give you so much inspiration and fun in return!
