Dance audition Netherlands
Would you like to join the dance academy of Danshuis Haarlem? Admission takes place through an audition in which we assess your potential, motivation and ability to develop.
Audition process
Depending on your age and experience, you will be invited to take part in an audition consisting of:
- Participation in technique classes (classical / modern)
- A creative assignment
- Assessment of physical and artistic potential
- Insight into motivation and work attitude
The audition is aimed at evaluating your development potential within the programme.

Costs
- Audition for primary school students (Preparatory Course classes 1–3): € 25,–
- Audition week (Preparatory Course class 5+, Top Year): € 75,–
- Dance Artist audition: € 75,–
- Students already enrolled at Danshuis Haarlem audition free of charge or at a reduced rate — see the relevant programme page.

We recommend attending a class or open day beforehand, so you get a clear impression of the programme and working method.
