Danshuis Haarlem offers an educational cultural DANCE program specially designed for primary and secondary education. All activities can be paid for with the Cultuurkaart.
Customized Workshops
Danshuis Haarlem develops, together with the school, a program that fits the group perfectly. Examples of workshops:

- Participation in HIT, Kunstbende, etc.

An inspiring dance workshop for secondary schools in which expression and creativity are central.
Dance is a powerful way to explore social themes and express emotions. During the workshop, students work on creativity, expression, and collaboration, guided by a professional dance teacher.
What the students do:
- Warm-up & contemporary dance basics
- Explore themes and translate them into movement
- Present their own work to each other

A festive day full of dance, ending with a presentation or performance by the students.
Danshuis Haarlem can organize a day full of dance and a final performance by the children as part of a school anniversary or theme week, or a short series of lessons with a final presentation. This can take place at school or in our studios.
