The Youth Culture Fund Haarlem stimulates the personal development of children in disadvantaged positions. The Youth Culture Fund Haarlem offers these children the opportunity to participate in cultural activities. Applications can only be made by professionals in the area of the child who are aware of the family situation: professionals in education, youth work, youth care, health care.

Children and young people with a Haarlem Pass can also apply for a request from the Cultural Fund.
