Not every parent can afford ballet lessons. There are options for support for parents with little money. Start an application with Sam& for a contribution to the tuition fee! Sam& is a collaboration between Leergeld Nederland, Jeugdfonds Sport & Culture, Jarige Job Foundation and Children's Aid. Sam& ensures that the application reaches the correct organization.
In a very playful way, toddlers are introduced to the basic principles of dance, such as body awareness, musicality, and dance development. Using songs, props, and inspiring music, the children will dance their hearts out for 45 minutes!
We offer toddler dance lessons as a short course of 12 lessons. It's always possible to join a course later. The tuition fee will then be calculated pro-rata.
Toddlers conclude their course with a short presentation and do not participate in a full-scale performance.

In the preschoolers dance classes (ages 4-6), a strong focus is on improvisation and general dance development. Aspects such as musicality, body awareness, and use of space are explored in a playful way. At the end of the season, the toddlers participate in the big performance at the Danshuis. The prescoolers dance classes (ages 4 and up) are offered as a short course of 12 lessons. We also offer a seasonal course on Saturdays for 5 and 6 year olds.

The Danshuis offers combination lessons of classical ballet and modern dance. The lesson starts with about half an hour of classical ballet technique and then dances from the modern dance technique. A great lesson for children who like to work on their technique, but who also like to dance freely. During the modern dance part, improvisation is also used, so that the children can fully express their own creativity and develop it further. Please note: all dancers aged 10-18 years are required to take at least 2 lessons per week.
