Danshuis Haarlem is a dance and ballet school in the center of Haarlem with a wide range of lessons in various styles. The principles for all activities within the Danshuis are quality, creativity and pleasure. In addition to regular seasonal lessons, extra activities are often organized, such as children's parties and workshops, including for schools (PO and VO).
Dance teachers in general
We are looking for experienced dance teachers m/f for the following assignments:
workshops, projects and children's parties, substitute work for regular seasonal lessons.
Profile of you as a dance teacher:
> Dancing is a passion for you and you want to convey that passion to others
> Preferably you have completed an HBO dance teacher education or you have relevant experience in teaching to various age groups and styles, including primary and secondary education
> You have a clear vision on dance education and you can find yourself in the vision of the Danshuis (see our website)
> You communicate well and have an open, enthusiastic image
> You are available on various days and times, at least on Saturdays
> You work as an independent dance teacher on an invoice basis
> You live in Haarlem or the surrounding area
Danshuis Haarlem offers:
> Participation in a pool of dance teachers, so that you and your fellow teachers can be approached per request for an activity or cancellation of one of our regular teachers
> We offer a market conform fee that matches your education and experience and possibly a travel allowance
> A creative place where you can develop your talents and specialties
